Lets Make Moves

Why This is Important

We’ve seen the articles, heard the news stories and watched the documentaries. Early smartphone and social media adoption is a problem. We get it.

It is affecting the mental health, cognitive functioning and emotional development of our children. In our town. And it’s only getting worse.

That’s the bad news.

The good news is that, as a community, we can make a change. We don’t have to sit by and wish it was different. We can do something about it.

See below and let’s get to it!

What Can I Do?

Once young people began carrying the entire internet in their pockets … it altered their daily experiences and developmental pathways across the board.

It’s affecting friendship, dating, sexuality, exercise, sleep, academics, politics, family dynamics, identity.
